Wonderful service and great products! Josiah got our Golf Cart running great!
First time here, it was raining, and 40 miles from home in Louisiana. Wasn't here for more than a minute looking at carts outside when Courtney came out in the rain to greet us. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted other than we wanted a street legal cart (horn, seat belts, turn signals, etc) that seated at least 4 people forward. Once inside, she showed us an enormous selection of carts from 3 different companies. We were also considering making our present cart(standard EZGO) street legal. We looked at several models with 4 forward with and without 2 backward seating. Then one caught our eye. It was a 6 forward with a removable trunk on the back where you could then put golf clubs or an ice chest. Oddly enough, it was actually a half an inch or so shorter than the 4 forward and 2 backward model. Then, beside that cart was a cart with high back seats with 3 point seat belts and running boards. Looked perfect, but it was dark blue. We were going to have Courtney move it out so we could look at it better, but we made a remark that it would look better in red. She told us she had the exact same Maverick in red at her house a couple of blocks from the store. She sent someone to drive it back for us to see. It was perfect. Everything we wanted and some things we didn't know we wanted. Lol. It will be delivered in our state in 5 days (3 working days) after the running boards and fender flares are installed at no additional cost. We were about 30 minutes total. Found the cart that was perfect for us, made the deal, wrote a check, arranged transportation, and completed all the paperwork. We now know why the business has such a high review rating.

If you’re looking for a great buying experience with a company that treats you like you’ve been friends for years JAK’D Carts is the place for you! I reached out to them, inquiring about an Evolution Maverick D4, and asked what they could do comparing to a couple local dealers near Illinois. I was immensely impressed with what they came back with. They were able to get me in the golf cart I was looking for PLUS under glow lights, an all weather enclosure, AND shipping from Texas to me for a better price than the two dealers closest to me in Illinois!!! Then we talked more and upgraded to the upgraded sound system, great choice! They’ve since reached out and made sure things are going well and I’ve been excitedly sharing pictures and updates with them of ‘features’ I’ve been adding like a giddy teenager. I even reached out about a potential custom piece for my cart and they steered me in the right direction. Great people, best deal on a cart you’ll find, and quality carts! Their customer service is the best I have dealt with, they have bent over backwards to answer all my questions. Wow! We were looking for a new golf cart to replace our old one. After shopping at three other stores we were lucky enough to drop in Bourbon City Golf Carts. My husband and I highly recommend Bourbon City Golf Carts for all your golf cart needs!!! Both Tim & Tina were quick to respond and helped to answer any and every question we had making our golf cart purchase as smooth as possible!!! They are very knowledgeable, easy going and pleasant to deal with!!!! We just got our golf cart delivered yesterday and my only regret is that we didn’t upgrade sooner!!! Went here just looking to see what gas golf carts they had. Met Tim and he asked why I was only interested in just gas. Told him that I wasn’t interested in spending a lot of money on batteries every 4 -6 years, plus the charge time. He convinced me that these lithium batteries last longer, charge quicker, and are cheaper than buying multiple lead acid batteries.
Tina and Tim and the rest at Bourbon City Golf Carts are just amazing. We went there with an idea and Tina took her time explaining everything from front to rear on every model to help us make the best decision. They are the nicest people you can ever meet and the customer service is TOP notch.

Found our awesome blue forrester 4 plus at the Louisville boat and RV show. Tim did an excellent job at answering our questions, along with being very professional and personable at the same time! Tina was so personable and helpful with all of the financial aspects of it. When Steve delivered it, he did an amazing job explaining everything, how the cart operates, along with the cover. Overall, everyone at Bourbon City Golf Carts were absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be doing business with them again!

Our first golf cart purchase experience was a great one, thanks to Tim and Tina and everyone at Bourbon City! They answered every question we had and was patient with us as we flip flopped on models and colors. In the end, we was able to purchase the brand new D5 model. They kept us up to date with when their delivery was coming in, and then getting us set up with financing, which you can’t beat the 0% for 36 months! And the maintenance man helped me get the cart strapped down properly on my trailer to safely make it home. Overall great experience and highly recommended!
